Adeline Grantham completes acquisition of The Market Exchange, Covent Garden

Adeline Grantham is pleased to confirm the acquisition of The Market Exchange, 8–14 Macklin Street, Covent Garden, marking the latest addition to the group’s growing West End portfolio.

Originally constructed in the 1920s, The Market Exchange is a freehold warehouse-style office building comprising 19,568 sq ft of high-quality workspace arranged over ground and two upper floors. The building has been comprehensively refurbished in recent years and is fully let to a range of creative and media occupiers.

Located just moments from Covent Garden Piazza and within a short walk of the Elizabeth Line at Tottenham Court Road, the property combines rich architectural character with excellent connectivity and long-term growth prospects.

This acquisition further strengthens Adeline Grantham’s presence across the West End — joining its existing holdings in Mayfair, Soho, Ftizrovia and Covent Garden — and underlines the group’s continued focus on character-led, sustainable buildings in prime central London locations.
